Meet Dr. Scott Smith
Creating positive experiences and lifelong healthy smiles is what pediatric dentistry is all about. A child’s dental experience can shape their outlook on dentistry and their oral health, which is why it is my mission to make sure every patient leaves our office happy and healthy. I am dedicated to providing a better dental experience to all my patients than what their parents’ generation experienced. With a combination of thoughtfulness, a little humor, and the occasional magic trick, I find this to be a successful combination to break the ice with patients and create a fun and memorable dental experience.
Taking the time to get to know your child, asking them about their lives and interests, and finding out what they love to do are some of my favorite parts of my day. Ultimately, my goal is to graduate your child from Southmoor Pediatric Dentistry with no cavities and with an attitude that dentistry is not only just okay, but great!
My wife Deborah and I and our 3 sons have lived in the Denver area since 1988. Originally from Michigan, our family now fully embraces the active mountain lifestyle from skiing the slopes in the winter to biking and hiking the gorgeous trails in the summers. On the weekends, you can find me all over town at different local sporting events. Supporting the local Denver community in which I live and serve is very important to me and my family.
